Your gym is the seller of record for every pass it sells - FTNSS never holds your money. Sales settle toward your PayPal business account and pay out on schedule. No invoicing, no chasing.
The timeline
- You connect your own PayPal business account during setup - you're the seller of record, not FTNSS
- Sale → your rate + tax settles toward your PayPal business account
- A hold of about 10 days applies before funds are available for payout - it exists so the 7-day member refund window can never claw back money you've already spent
- After the hold, funds are available in your PayPal business account, in your organization's currency
Watching the money
